I've applied the software engineer position at MS and got an "offline email tech screen" coming as the first step of the hiring process. I'm not sure what it is. Anyone recently done that could you please share more details? Like, what platform does it use, how many questions, what kind of questions (search, graph, dynamic programming etc)and the difficulty.
