Hi all!! Just wanted to get some advice on Engineering Management position interview. I already had my HR round, and passed easily. Next one is either a one hour coding / behavioral, or possibly the 4 hour technical / behavioral. I am a software engineer about 12 years experience, but never have I had to do anything like Leetcode. Anyone have any advice for Engineering Management interviews? With my journey on Leetcode starting back 3 months now, I started off having difficulty with easy questions, now I can do any easy one within 5 to 10 min. I can do most medium, and usually optimize it, not 100% optimize, but better than brute force. And, I still can't do the hard ones. But, what is the minimum required for Engineering management coding questions? Anyone have an onsite Management interview experience that they can share? Also, I have just started studying systems design, but I haven't found any great sites for training or questions to practice on. Is there an equivalent to Leetcode for systems design?
