Quick summary about my interviewing process from start to finish.

• Applied around middle November
• Got OA1 in early December and managed to complete all OAs and fill the interview survey a few days before the New Year
• In the first week of January I got the confirmation for my final interview and did it a few weeks later (01/21)
• My results were good enough to get the offer, but because I took it too late I got on the waitlist. I must be in the first batch of waitlisted candidates because I had friends take their final on 01/18 and 01/19 and get offers.

So my question now is - how likely is it to get off the waitlist? Am I solely waiting for people to renege on Amazon to make space, or does Amazon try to create new spots and projects if there's enough waitlisted people?
