Gonna to get a Microsoft Software Engineer II offer.

I am now working in U.S. central somewhere in a medium large company as a Tech Lead.
My current work is slightly more interesting than the work in Microsoft. I mean, the team I am gonna to join is little bit kind of boring. And the salary would increase a little bit, but Seatle may cost more $ than central.
But you know, that's Microsoft, a great company from the name.

If you are facing this situation, would you want to choose Microsoft SE II or Medium size company as Tech Lead?
