I gave the OA in mid Jan. Heard back after 14days about scheduling a phone interview. I provided 4 favourable dates on the next week but the final interview was scheduled well after a month. 36 days to be exact.

Is this normal or some mistake that subsequent round is so far in the future? Also does this impact my candidature in any way?
