Hi everyone,

I submitted my resume to Facebook and got review by HR, but after he reviewed my application with the team and his manager, they decide to not going forward with phone interview with me.
I guess it is usual thing to happen, but is there anyone have insight view or opinion to make up resume and review section in Facebook ?
