What Rating or Ranking does a person need for knight or Guardian?

for reference here is my rating/ranking and I do not have the knight badge.

• Top 5% of LeetCoders with rating >=1600
  • “Guardian” badge.
• Top 25% of LeetCoders with rating >=1600
  • “Knight” badge.

What is the top 5% & top 25% above 1600 rating, how do I find these?

Do I need to learn SQL and hit the leetcode API?

Also I think this would be a good easy contest question.
