I could not view my previous submissions when clicking "Accepted" under the tab "Submission" of every problem. The fetching seems to be forever... This issue has been there for days for me. Is anyone having the same issue?

Follow up: probably an issue with certain browser and/or certain version. This issue happens on my Safari browser of version 14.0.1. There's no issue when I'm using Firefox.
