Whenever the problem statements were formed, words were picked which appeared suitable at that time. Times have changed now and as we get aware of possibility of issues we need to acknowledge them and adapt accordingly.

Requesting leetcode to

1. Re-look all the problem statements, discussions, articles, etc. that could be modified to avoid usage of words which relate to race/ethnicity.
2. Have validation rules in place so that no one can post words which violate principles of inclusion and diversity.

Sometimes, scripts might not be able to figure out all such posts. So, people can flag such posts for moderation so that it becomes easy for Leetcode to figure out such posts that need edits.
