@LeetCode can you provide a way for ALL users to download list of all testcases for a problem in the form of a properly formatted file ?

That will be very helpful in analyzing our solution and will also help users to report several missing testcases, and will ultimately strengthen your system as well.

One suggestion - allow downloading of testcases only after user has attempted the problem at least once and at least 25% testcases pass for that problem.

I don't think this should affect your Premium business.
