Hi, I renewed Leetcode Premium Annual subscription on Oct 3, 2024. Now when I try to see problems asked by specific companies it says I have to subscribe to Premium again. I tried logging out and logging in to no avail - it only allows me to access free features.
I cannot access any paid features. Sample screenshot attached of what I see when accessing questions for Meta.

FYI- I am going to contact the credit card company and request to refund the payment if you don't share a date to resolve this by tomorrow, Dec 13. The ticket I created ( #297960) has been open for days with no meaningful response from Leetcode. You cannot charge customers for a service and then deny the service for a long time without consequence.
