Request to add support for F#.

• Why: Adds more range to functional offerings - can think of F# to C# as Scala to Java
• Cost: F# targets .NET runtime so theoretically the cost of supporting this is incremental to C#

Other platforms already support it including: replit, hackerrank, and exercism
