Here're details what I/other users might need:
For example:
I had submitted 3 solutions for same problem one month ago.
* #1 DP
* #2 DFS
* #3 Two pointers

Then I want to review the solution I done ago today
But I have to click one by one to see which one is the one I want.
Could you put one more column in submmions list to let user add own title for each solution.
