Currently, only first 200 people get coin reward from contest. 99% of us have no chance to achieve so high. Folks who prepare for job interviews do not even need to be that good.

So, my suggestion is that we give additional points to people who get 300th 400th 1000th 2000th etc. I am sure that additional reward will make the competition more fun and anticipated for the majority of us.
