@Leetcode admins, consider starting a section for Interviewers who are willing to share their experiences (anonymously) about candidates whom they interviewed recently clearly describing what qualities and weaknesses they observed in the candidate, leading to a Hire or Reject decision.

It will be very useful feature and will help in gaining insights into what goes on in an interviewer's mind when faced with a candidate.
