Currently it is 8pm EST here... yet for the problems i've solved in the last hour they are being added to/as part of July 20th's tally... How is that possible? Shouldn't my submissions as of right now July 21 8pm EST be attributed to July 21st tally count?

When I say tally count I'm referring to the heatmap user's profile page for submissions.
