The 4th problem of Weekly Contest 248 states "User Accepted: 91" on the top right box. However, if you check the rankings for this contest you see that at least 175 contestants had their solutions accepted while the conest was running.

Even if you count only those competitors who solved the problem within 90 minutes, there are still 120 such competitors, not 91.

What's the reason for this discrepancy?
