I interviewed with Microsoft for their Atlanta location back in March 24. The interview process was pretty well and the questions were medium hard I'll say(LC). First round is a 60 min Online assessment consist of three coding questions. Then the final round consist of 4 round, each 45 min long with one interviewer which includes one coding question and one behavioral question. The last 5 min is for the interviewee to ask anyting to the interviewer. I suggest you take advantage of this 5 mins and get to know the company more in details which will be helpful to make a decision if you get more than one offers. I failed my first interview back in December 2021 but then I passed the one in March 2022. The base salary wasn't that high but they do offer tons of perks and bonuses with stocks which was better than my other offers.
