How does the last example work out in this table?
In the third, we have size of array < 10, with 2 possible values for each array element, so the co-efficient upto 2^9 is considered.

Similarly for, example 4, shouldn't co-efficients upto 4^9 be considered? Is the value given in the table due to restricitons on number of buckets?
