Wanted to check if it's a good decision to move out now?

Experience : <2YOE

SDE 1 Current Compensation(Food Giant):
Fixed - 18 LPA -> expected to be 20 LPA with April appraisals
Stocks - 6 LPA(45-50k vesting every month)

SDE 2 Offer(Truemeds):
Fixed - 27 LPA
Joining Bonus - 2L
Stocks - 8L for 4years(25% each year)

My current organization have good perks but limited learnings. I'm afraid if this would affect future switch as well since I'm moving out to a startup.
