• Base: 14 LPA
• Equity: 46 units/year (2 years already vested)
• Bonus: Not part of CTC
• Hike: No hike in the last 2 years

New Offer (Fanatics)

• Role: SDE-2
• Base: 31 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 2 Lakh
• Equity (Unlisted RSU/ESOP): $21k over 4 years (25% vest each year)
• Annual Bonus: Minimum 10% of base
• Annual Hike: Minimum 10% of base

Questions

1. Is this good compensation for an SDE-2 with ~2 YOE?
2. Is there room to negotiate higher base and/or joining bonus?
3. Is this switch worth it in the long term (growth + compensation)?
