current comp: 48lpa (38base+7.25 variable+9lakh rsu{vested over 3 years}) each year

compensasation offered :

Designation : PMTS
Offered compensasation :80 LPA(1st year CTC) (54base + 75k USD {vested over 4 years 40%-30%-20%-10% }).

Adobe
Designation : CS-2
Offered compensasation :1cr LPA+ (1st year CTC )(55 base + 15% variable +143k USD{vested over 4 years || 31 lakhs annually} +4lakh Pf and gratuity + 3Lkah joining bonus)

Could you please advise which offer is better overall—considering role, growth, work culture, career trajectory, and long-term benefits?

Need suggestions! I am more inclined towards Adobe as it has good WLB and Learning growth.
