Currently at Amazon as SDE-2. I have two offers and would appreciate any insights.

Current TC: ~60L
YOE- ~8yrs

Offer 1: Oracle Health (OHAI) – PMTS

Base: 61.3L

Stocks: 90k USD (vesting: 40/30/20/10 yearly)

Approx 1st year TC: ~93.5L

Offer 2: Salesforce – SMTS

Base: 60L

Stocks: 74k USD (25% yearly vest)

Performance bonus: ~15%

Joining bonus: 10L

Approx 1st year TC: ~95.6L

Salesforce has maxed out for me on the offer as i have counteroffer in place. Please do share your thinking in comments and poll to guide me better. Genuinely confused.

Would love insights on layoff safety, WLB, learning curve, brand value, and long-term growth.

Also Oracle is giving SDE-3 position unlinke Salesforce.
