Need some advice in choosing between Offers
YOE-2.5 yrs
Tier 1 college
Current CTC - 21 LPA

Swiggy Offer-
Designation- SDE-2
Base- 28 LPA
Stocks- 20l over the span of 4 years
Total Cash Component per year- 33 LPA

Netcore Unbxd Offer-
Designation- Senior Platform Engineer
Total-35 LPA (All Base)
Still negotiating with them for other components

With Netcore the role is interesting, as its in core Platform team.
With Swiggy its a huge brand compared to netcore and they told if I join now I will be eligible for Oct hike cycle after whihc the total cash component for both companies will be almonst similar.
In Swiggy I am joinig in dineout team not sure about the work there if someone has experience please guide me.

So based on my career growth which one should I choose Platform engineer seems a good role whereas swiggy has brand value please guide?
Also how are the WLB, average hikes and promotion cycles in both companies if anyone has experience
