Offer Details (2nd Negotiation Round):

Fixed: ₹49 LPA (includes employer PF contribution)

Variable: ₹5 LPA

Gratuity: ₹90K

Joining Bonus: ₹4L (pushed for ₹5L but couldn’t get it)

Total CTC: ~₹59 LPA (2nd round of negotiation)
(Initial offer was ~₹52 LPA)

3 Months Notice Period : Concerning for me as a lot of companies do not accept this

I’m a bit unsure about accepting this offer since the overall hike isn’t very significant. Additionally, this is a company in the betting/gaming industry, and with increasing regulatory scrutiny, I’m not confident about long-term stability.

Would appreciate thoughts from folks who have faced similar decisions.
