Need some genuine advice regarding my job change.

Current CTC: 45 LPA (All Fixed) + ESOPs
YOE: 9 years

Offer 1:
Company: Zeta
Role: Technical Lead (Leadership Role)
Offered CTC: 62 LPA Fixed + 1.5 Lac relocation + ESOPs

Offer 2:
Company: Tekion
Role: Staff Software Engineer (IC Role)
Offered CTC: 65 LPA Fixed + 3 Lac Joining Bonus + 2 Lac Relocation Benefits + ESOPs

I would appreciate some help in terms of which company should I prefer and also if I am getting a low-balled to a great extent.

My current CTC didn't rise in last 2 years and that has taken away a lot of negotiation power from me.

Any help would be much appreciated.
