Base Salary: ₹42 LPA

Variable Bonus: 10%

Benefits: Standard Target Benefits

Approx TC: ~₹46.2 LPA

🏢 Offer 2: Digicert

Title/Level: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (India)

Base Salary: ₹44 LPA

Bonus: 7%

Benefits: Same as above

TC: ~₹47 LPA

Growth

Yearly increments / refreshers – how predictable are they?
