I’ve recently received two offers, one from Target and another from Delta Airlines. Could you help me decide between them by discussing the pros and cons?

YOE: Almost 3 years
Location: Bangalore

Target: 18 LPA (Fixed)
Role: Engineer (L4)

Delta Airlines: 22 LPA (Fixed)
Role: SDE

Target mentioned they would match the pay same as Delta.
