Hi , I have received a verbal offer from curefit for sde 1 role

YOE : 0-1

Current Compenstaion 16 CTC (12 Fixed)

Offered Compensation 18.5LPA fixed + 4 lakhs ESOPs (4year vesting)

Reason for switch : Just exploring various oppurtunities

Now the thing is I have a pretty flexible work culture here at my company and my manager trusts me to figutr Shit Out .

is this offer worth swicthing at 5months of experience , would it be bad for my resume ? and how is the work culture at CureFit I have heard about Hire to Fire culture and poor WLB , could you tell me more thanks a lot
