Hi all, here's the recent numbers I got for Senior AI Applications Engineer role.

My Background:
College: Tier 1
Company: Tier 2 MNC
Current comp: 23L
YOE: 3.5

Offer Details:
Base: 33L
RSU: $12,400

That's it.

I know it's super low ball, but I don't have any other options and they mentioned comp is different team wise.

Has anyone received better numbers? or has any idea how to negotiate better?
