OHAI offer evaluation

Hi LeetCode community, need your help in evaluating the offer.

Experience: 9+ years.

Got an offer from OHAI:
Level: PMTS
Fixed: 54.6 (PF + base)
RSUs: $80k (vesting per year: 40, 30, 20, 10).

Current:
Level: Senior Software Engineer
Cash: 50.5 = 42.4+8.1 (fixed + year-end-variable)
RSUs: 10L (3 year vesting, quarterly). Grant is 25% of Base every year.

Apart from RSUs, I do not see much change in total cash component per year.

  1. How's the offer look like? Is it a lowball from OHAI range?
  2. How's the hike and refereshers?
  3. What are the benefits other than insurance?

UPDATES:

My concern is the same - for first year, it looks good because of 40% vesting, but it goes down significantly each year (10% means 7 lpa)

For Refreshers, the recruiter said it is about 30-40% of initial grant. And Refreshers are vested over 4 years 25% each. But going over multiple posts, Oracle has negligible or no hikes, so not sure how much cash-part and stocks will increase.
