I'm evaluating two offers and would love some input from the community on compensation, team culture, and long-term growth.

Offer 1 - Alteryx Bangalore
Designation: SSE
Base: ₹40,00,000
Bonus: 15% (~₹6,00,000)
Equity: ~1700 ESOPs (not publicly traded)
Location: Bangalore (Far from home)
Notes: High fixed, but ESOPs feel like paper money since they aren’t liquid.

Offer 2 - Adobe Noida
Designation: Computer Scientist 1
Base: ₹33,00,000
Bonus: 15% (~₹5,25,000)
Equity: 90K
Location: Noida (close to home)
Notes: Slightly lower fixed, but stable brand + predictable RSUs.

My Background
Experience: 4.5 YOE
Role: Fullstack (Backend oriented)

What I Need Help With:
Compensation: Is the Adobe's offer fair or am I being lowballed?
For ~4.5 YOE backend in India, does ₹33L base with RSUs sound reasonable?
Similarly is the Alteryx's offer fair or am I being lowballed?

Team & Culture - Any insights?
If anyone has worked/working at Adobe Noida (Document Cloud team):
How's the team culture?
Work-life balance?
Promotion cycle?
Any red flags I should be aware of?
Have been reading mixed comments on Internet. Would appreciate any insight.

Long-Term Growth
Which offer might age better in terms of:
Compensation trajectory
Equity value
Learning curve
Stability
