I have 1.6 years of experience as a (Node) Backend Engineer (0-1 stage) Bootstrapped
Got an offer from a Service based compnay in Mumbai for 11 LPA fixed . (SDE1)
My current CTC is around 5.4 LPA fixed, and my expectation was around 12-14.
I had already tried negotiation with hr initally they were offering 9.5Lpa + 1LPA bonus and after discussion and internal streach they have came up with 11 LPA as Fixed , no joining or relocation bonus.
Notice peried of 2 mnt.

Is this a good offer for my experience level, or should I negotiate more?
Any insights from people working in backend roles in India would be helpful.
