Need honest inputs on which offer should I chose.
Total YOE: 5.5 (4.5 years work as full time and 1 year as intern)
Current comp: 38.4 CTC (all fixed)

1. Microsoft Compensation (SDE-2 - L61 role) :
   Base - 33.7 LPA
   Variable - 10% to 20% (considering 10% on average 3.37L)
   Joining Bonus - 8L (5L first year + 3L second year)
   Relocation Bonus: in between 2 L to 2.5 L
   Stocks - 80000 dollar in 4 year with 25% each year vesting (17.6 L per year)
   Total - 61.67 (in 1st of CTC: 33.7+3.37+5+2+17.6)

2. AI startup Compensation (Senior Backend Engineer role):
   Total CTC - 54 LPA (all fixed)

I was inclined towards MS first but startup offer feels good.

Please help me and suggest on both company's offers ?
Should i ask to HR for microsoft offer for L62 role and more compensation ?

Update: i asked microsoft HR for more compensation but this is the max for this role.
