Help me decide which offer should I chose(I am inclined towards Pine Labs because of Comp Obviously)

Pine Labs Compensation (SDE-2 at Digital Payments team) :
Base - 28.5 LPA
Variable - 2.85 [Performance bonus] (HR mentioned currently 100% people get it)
Location : Noida

TripJack (SDE-2 at Pre-Flights team) :
Base - 25 LPA
Variable - 0
Location : Delhi

Pine Labs's compensation is obviously high but I doubt do they have hire-fire culture ? or any other hidden work culture/work-life balance issues?

Also I have asked TripJack to increase comp & waiting for their revert.

About my skills -

1. Teck Stack - Java (Backend Developer)
2. YOE - 3.3 non-internship (3.9 with intern at Amazon)
3. Current TC - 0 (Laid off from previous company)
