Hi fellows,
I appeared for interviews with BlueOptima for Senior Java Web Backend Engineer role at a TL level. I currently have ~7 YoE & my CTC is 25 LPA, all fixed.

After all rounds were done, today, I got a call from the HR telling that my feedback was negative & they won't be considering me for the TL level.
However, he can consider me for the same role of Senior Java Web Backend Engineer at an IC level.

So he says the budget for this role at this level is 28. He has given me 1 day's time to think.

What should I do? No other offers in hand.
