Went through an interview loop with NetGear, sometime ago. Had the recruiter reach out to me over Linkedin. Was more of a "drive", had multiple rounds of interview being conducted within their office, all in one day.

Not sure if they were considering other candidates in parallel. Had multiple face-to-face interviews, almost no DSA (don't remember if there was an OA round before this) — purely technical discussions around my side-projects, as well as what I have been doing at work so far, deep-dives and stuff

Declined the offer, had a better one at hand (especially RSUs). Overall, enjoyed the interview process much more at NetGear
