I have 6.5 years of experience in full stack development and currently working at FactSet. I’ve recently received three offers and would really appreciate some advice on which one might be the best choice overall (compensation, growth, work-life balance, etc.).

Tech Stack: NodeJS, AWS, React/Vue

Current (FactSet): ₹28 LPA (₹26L fixed + ₹2.5L variable) + ₹6L RSUs

Offers:

First American: ₹33 LPA (₹30L fixed + ₹3L variable)

FoodSmart: ₹38.5 LPA (₹35L fixed + ₹3.5L variable)

Emburse: ₹38 LPA (all fixed)

EverNorth: ₹37LPA(₹34.5fixed + ₹2.5variable) + ₹3L Bonus (new offer)

IMP:
Both FoodSmart and Emburse are currently in the GCC (Global Capability Center) setup phase, so the offers are being rolled out through a consultancy for now. They’ve mentioned that I’ll be transferred to their direct payroll once the GCC registration is complete.

Would love to get your thoughts on which offer would be the best pick considering career growth, stability, and overall package.
