• CTC: 27 LPA (25 base + 2 variable)
• All 5 days WFO strict
• Sometimes bad work-life balance

2. Andor Tech (Client: Kotak Mahindra Bank)

• CTC: 31 LPA (all fixed)
• Hybrid (depending on team)
• Medical insurance and other common benefits
• Bangalore

3. GrowthArc (Client: Coupang)

• CTC: 30 LPA + 75k joining bonus (all fixed)
• Hybrid (2 days office + 3 days WFH)
• Medical insurance and other common benefits
• 2k gym membership per month
• Bangalore

Also in Kotak Mahindra, interviewer said that the project has just started 2 months ago and it is proper development with AWS stack and Kafka too but in Coupang they said mostly upgrade/migration projects will be there
If anyone working for Kotak Mahindra bank or for Coupang client please let me know about the learning experience there and work culture and work life balance.
Mostly will join either 2nd or 3rd as I won't have to relocate.
