19LPA, 2.5 (1.5L first year + 1L second year joining bonus)

Leadsquared | SDE-2:
25.5LPA, 2L on completion of 18 months.
(esops are only given in leadship roles told by the HR)

Navi | SDE-1:
27LPA, 2L joining bonus, 5.4L esops(4yrs vesting)

Navi was about to lowball and i mean it makes sense for them to offer me ~20-30% hike on my current CTC; but because of the competing offer from Leadsquared I got this generous offer. Still its far less than what it gave in my college 2 years back.

benefits at Navi are superb. You get food all 7 days at the company for 4 times each day and food options are very very good, I am loving the food here and the work culture is not that bad, though I havent worked for a long time and just started working but still I feel like people are superb and helpful. you will definitley get to learn a hell lot.

Anyways, I would be most probably leaving Navi as I got a job at much bigger firm which is best in class in what it does and is upto the similar levels of MAANG.

Keep hustling and uplift others. They may get ahead of you nevertheless you would feel good that you enabled them and the feeling is incredible man! I feel so much happy and content after helping my friends by letting them know the minute details of the preparation.
