TC: (~36L in first year)

Offer 2: Digital marketing startup (70 employees)
role : SDE2
compensation offered: 30L base + 4L esops(4 years) + 2L joining bonus + 2L retention(after completion of one year)
TC: ~32LPA

Not sure on how to decide between these two offers, I have heard about very bad culture at wework. I have joining in few days.
My priorites: Learning > WLB > compensation
