Total experience - 10 years around

Atlassian - WFH
Base - 1.2 cr
Joining - 10 lacs
Bonus Variable - was told 20% - 24 lacs
Stocks - 50 lacs
Total now - 2 cr around

Previous company - US Based MNC (Hybrid) [4 years in company]
Base - 60 lacs
Stocks - 50 lacs
Bonus - 10% - 6 lacs
Total previously - 1.16 cr around

Can someone help me with tips on culture?
It is a huge salary bump but still figuring out if i should join due to stories about culture on Blind and Glassdoor
