ORACLE IC3 OFFER EVALUATION

Hi everyone,

I recently accepted Oracle offer for IC3 position in Austin.
The recruiter gave the below numbers:

Base pay: $152k (Tried for 155k-160k but no luck)

RSU's: $205K vesting over 4 years(40,30,20,10)

Yoe: 6yrs

Is this a good offer? I think my interviews went really well.

Could you please share your thoughts?
