Hi, I have offer from Morgan Stanley and want to know if it is worth joining considering the yearly hike they give. What is the average yearly hike they have for software developers in India? Is it in double digit generally or even if single digit, less than 5%? I am worried if I join and post some years, my pay doesnt increase by much. Also how is the hike compared to other banks? Any approximate numbers will help me!
