I am offered Principal Software Engineer role in OHAI. I have 10 yrs of experience.
Compensation which they offered is
Base: 51 LPA (AGC) + 2.75 LPA(Employers PF)
RSU : 75,435 USD ~ 64 Lakhs( 4 years)

No Joining bonus and were not ready to negotiate a during offer discussion I didn't have any offer in hand for negotiation. Now I do have one. (Oracle has not released the offer yet. expected in few more days).

I worked at Microsoft before and was affected by layoff. My package was almost similar(offered little less in oracle)

Few Questions:

• Is this compensation good?
• Does OHAI not give joining bonus?
• HR said that there is a yearly bonus given but it will not be mentioned in offer letter or CTC. What is this approx amount for this role?

If someone can help me by answering these questions, it will be helpful to negotiate further. TIA!
