I have got an offer from JPMC for the role of ML associate.
Level: 601
Location: Hyderabad
Base pay: 40 LPA
Bonus: 0-12%
YOE: 4 years
Currently working as ML engineer in a fabless semiconductor company and just got promoted.
my current company provides stocks but JPMC doesn't (although the high base compensates).

Would you recommend me to switch?

I know that this is a different domain but want to wear many hats early career to find my niche
