Role Offered - Principal Engineer
Base - 54.7 LPA
Retirals - 4.59 L
Bonus- 17% of base - 9.29 L
RSU - 58K$ vested over 4 years.
One time bonus - 5L (joining) + 4.5L (Relocation)
Overall CTC ~89LPA for 1st year and ~79L next year onwards.
Pay growth seems good compared to my current pay but is this a lowball offer given the role and YOE as per industry standard?
How it overall WLB and appraisal cycle?
Appreciate any inputs or thoughts on this.
