About me: 2.9 YOE[2.3+6 months intern same company]
Current: PBC

Offer from Teradata:
Base: 27.5
Bonus: 7.5%
TC - 30

Offer from Outsystems:
Base: 28.75
Bonus: 10%
RSU: 21k EUR (4 years)[Private compnay so not considering]
TC - 31.6 LPA

Offer from a Series A startup
Base - 32
ESOPS - 8 lakh INR[4 years]
TC - 32
Alternate saturdays working

Can someone please help me which could be better option here.
I know learning could be great in startup, but the timings are fro 12 pm - no end.
The outsystems role is around innovation/MVP, so I feel it will help ny creeativity and work on new things but fairly less production exposure.
