Tax: flat 15% as eligible under BOI program for foreign expats

Relocation support, flight tickets, accommodation for a month etc

ServiceNoW (Hyderabad)
Base + bonus (15%) 68lpa
Gratuity + PF extra
Stocks: 55,500 USD over 4 years
So total 78-80+ LPA

Apart from that relocation, miscellaneous etc

Which one would you choose?

Appreciate if you can throw some lights on annual hike, promotions, work culture etc at both companies.

Currently ar a product company
cureent CTC: ~50LPA (all fixed)
Tech Stack: Fromt end mainly (plus node js)
