Hey everyone, I’m a 2025 CSE grad with a strong resume, including two internships and I need some advice.

I have two offers:
Role A: Semi-SDE / integration-focused role in my hometown. Offers 5 LPA. Stable, structured environment, closer to family. Indian company with 700 employees.
Role B: Indian Startup with 10 employess. AI-focused role on latest tech (agents, AI systems), hybrid role in a different city. Offers 12 LPA. Higher pay, rapid learning potential,relocation required. No extra perks besides salary.

I care about both career growth and income. I want to learn cutting-edge tech, build a strong resume further, but also don’t want to compromise too much on financial stability.

Has anyone faced a similar situation as a fresher? Which path would you have taken?
